Designing an Experience Operating System

This handbook lives behind the scenes of every PALOMA private event. It transforms ritual into reality — translating atmosphere, care, and intention into detailed systems that guide how each experience is set, held, and delivered.

From the smallest objects to the emotional flow of a room, this document ensures that every guest moment feels effortless, grounded, and deeply considered.
