I am continuing to further my education to become a more meaningful contributor to brands, deepening my understanding of strategy, luxury, service design, and organisational structure. At PALOMA, I helped evolve the private events offering into a more structured, experience-led program, supporting the brand’s growth while preserving its deeply personal and spiritual foundation. Working across brand, service, and operations, I translated PALOMA’s holistic philosophy into high-touch, revenue-generating experiences that felt both personal and scalable.
I shaped the end-to-end private events ecosystem — from concept and pricing to guest journeys, internal systems, and facilitator alignment — ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s values of care, ritual, and connection.

As part of a student-led consulting team, I worked directly with real brands and organisations to design strategic communication campaigns grounded in research, audience insight, and brand positioning.
For MOD Pizza, I led a social media audit and content analysis to evaluate brand voice, engagement patterns, and audience alignment. I translated data into a strategic recommendation report for MOD’s marketing team, outlining opportunities to strengthen content relevance, tone, and platform performance.
For The Chronic Disease Coalition, I helped develop a purpose-led campaign focused on awareness and audience motivation.
